About the LN.STORE Project
Welcome to our directory. LN.STORE is a collection of resources from the internet dedicated to three ecosystems: Bitcoin on the main network, the Lightning Network, and Nostr.
While many are already familiar with Bitcoin, here’s a brief overview of the other two topics:
- Lightning Network — a network for instant Bitcoin payments with minimal fees. It allows you to transfer amounts almost instantly and almost for free.
- Nostr — a modern decentralized network for information transfer. It initially emerged as an alternative to classic social networks, but today it is used for other purposes, from messaging to connecting Bitcoin wallets.
The directory contains stores, billing services, software, projects, articles, and thematic directories—everything related to these three topics.
Personalization Without Registration
The main feature of this directory is that we don’t force you to register. When you visit the site, a profile is automatically created for you, and you can immediately use all personalized features. No forms, no email confirmations.
When you want to save your profile and transfer it between devices, there are several ways to link it to your credentials:
- Email and password — the classic option for those who have an email address.
- Wallet with LNURL-auth support — authorization through a Bitcoin wallet, without logins and passwords.
- Secret word — for those who don’t have an email address and don’t want to link to a wallet. You only need to write down or memorize one phrase.
If you visit from a new device, use the newly created profile for a while, and then decide to log in with an existing one, the directory will offer to merge the data. No activity is lost.
Currently, the level of personalization is minimal, but in the near future, we will add a whole range of features that will make the directory a truly personal assistant for these topics.
History
I started this project in December 2025. The goal was simple but unusual: to see how far a single developer could go if all the code was written by AI. This website is the result of an experiment that took just over four months of intensive work.
About 70% of the time was spent not on “classic” programming, but on refining the crawler. It browses my browser bookmarks, accumulated over the years on these three topics, and, through local neural networks—on my own GPUs, without external cloud services—generates a description of each resource, determines the category, assigns tags, and translates everything into 24 languages. That’s why there is so much data in the directory, and each resource is described in detail in your native language.
Stack: Claude Code and Gemini (the logo was also designed in Gemini). Details about the process, tools, and pitfalls will be released in a separate series of materials in the future blog.
Who is behind the project
